1. Get help
Devoted is an AI scheduling app for iPhone. It captures thoughts in your own words, proposes times on Google Calendar, and waits for you to approve before anything is created.
Most issues are solved by signing in again with Google (so the server can store a fresh calendar refresh token) or by checking Settings → subscription if a Premium feature is gated.

2. First steps
- Install Devoted from the App Store and complete onboarding.
- Sign in with Google and grant calendar access, or use Sign in with Apple and connect Google Calendar afterwards.
- Add a thought on Capture (“Review notes tomorrow morning”).
- Review the AI proposal and approve it. Check Google Calendar to confirm the event.
- Set work hours and focus preferences so later proposals match how you actually work.
3. Account and sign-in
I cannot sign in with Google
Confirm you are using the Google account that owns the calendar you want. Cancel and retry if the Google sheet is dismissed. If you signed in before without calendar permission, sign out in Settings and sign in again so Devoted can request Calendar access.
Sign in with Apple
Apple Sign-In creates your Devoted account. Connecting Google Calendar is still required for live scheduling. Use the Connect Google Calendar sheet after Apple Sign-In.
I was signed out
Sessions use a short-lived app token plus a refresh token stored in the iOS Keychain. Signing out on one device revokes that device’s refresh token. Sign in again to continue.
4. Google Calendar
- Devoted uses OAuth. We never see your Google password.
- Events are proposed first. Nothing is written until you approve.
- If events stop syncing after about an hour, sign out and sign in so a refresh token can be stored.
- Free accounts can connect one Google account. Premium can connect more.
- You can disconnect calendar access in your Google Account → Security → Third-party access, and in Devoted Settings.
5. AI scheduling
Scheduling runs on Devoted’s servers using OpenAI models. Thought text, relevant calendar context, and your preferences are sent so the assistant can propose times. You should review every proposal. Devoted is a productivity tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or treat ADHD or any condition.
- If a proposal looks wrong, reject it and add a more specific thought (day, duration, or “after lunch”).
- Thumbs up and thumbs down teach future proposals for your account only.
- Free accounts have a thought cap and one concurrent AI job. Premium removes those gates.
- If the assistant is temporarily unavailable, wait a minute and retry. Rate limits protect the service.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Devoted is free to download. Optional purchases: Premium Monthly, Premium Annual, and Lifetime. Prices are shown in the app and charged by Apple. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from Devoted’s subscription screen.
- Restore Purchases on a new device with the same Apple ID.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by Devoted directly.
- Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable. Monthly and annual auto-renew until cancelled.
7. Privacy and deletion
Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. To delete your Devoted account and associated data, use Delete Account in Settings, or email [email protected] if you cannot open the app.
